BoreAidTM Professional versions offer pipe analysis capabilities to the existing suite of BoreAidTM Planners. They assist industry professionals in the calculation and design of a safe HDD project through a complete pipe load and deflection analysis before and after construction including:
- pullback loads
- safe bending radii
- buoyant forces
- earth and water pressure
- capstan and Reissner effect
- resultant axial stress and strain on pipe
- design validation using accepted industry standards
- the effect of ballasts and rollers.
These tools may be used to perform complete pipe design calculations or to check the feasibility of a project in addition to bore planning.
