This module has been built to aid in the decision making and equipment selection process. This module may exist as a standalone interface or work with other modules. In its designed form, the optimizer reads details from the bore plan tool, pipe design tool, and drill fluid calculator and then factors of safety and general remarks the suitability of different equipment. It allows the user to quickly check if their equipment is sufficient to complete the HDD project and determine possible problem areas along the path of the bore.
