How is BoreAid sold?
- BoreAid is sold on a per license per computer basis. Each license is associated with a single computer so if you need to install it on two computers, you will need two licenses. These are one-time purchase prices which include free technical support and major upgrades for 1 year. Critical software patches are included for the lifetime of the product.
How do I order BoreAid?
- To order BoreAid, contact a representative by sending an email to info@boreaid.com or an authorized distributor in your area. If you intend to purchase BoreAid online, you will be forwarded a link to a secure purchase site.
Once I order BoreAid, when will I receive the software?
- After you have purchased BoreAid (either online or through a representative), an associate will forward you the download link and login credentials so that you can download, install and begin using BoreAid almost immediately after your purchase (approx. 10min-3hrs).
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards through a secure Paypal Merchant Services account.

- Yes. We use Paypal Merchant Services which is a widely used payment procedure. PayPal is a leader in antifraud technology. They use state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud.

What is Logo Incorporation?
- The technical staff personalize the software to your company by incorporating your company logo into the software and all outputs (documents and graphs). You can then include these documents with you project proposals or bids. There is an extra charge for this service but it is included for multiple license purchases of BoreAid.
